Welcome to Ginger's Bakery! My name is April Snyder, and I am the owner of Ginger's Bakery. Following in the footsteps of my mother and grandmother, I pursued my passion for baking. I started my journey by selling French macarons in high school, and in October 2021, I took the leap to create Ginger's Bakery! From delicious cupcakes to stunning decorated sugar cookies, custom tiered cakes, and beyond, I infuse love and passion into every creation. It is my mission to Bake the World a Better Place, one baked good at a time!
